WHAT DOES THE INITIAL PHASE LOOK LIKE?

01. Consultation
A 1-2-1 sit down chat to talk through where you are at and what you want to achieve. Then the coach talking through the systems that will best suit that required goal.

02. Movement Screen
The movement screen is a screening tool to determine strengths and weaknesses specific to how your body moves in different planes of motion. Once this is complete you can then start to become a stronger, fitter and more robust individual.

03. Next Steps...
All information is gathered at this point. You will now be set up with all of the required tools that you need to achieve your end goal. The process is designed to make sure you enjoy your training, improve your mindset both in the gym and outside and to become a better version of YOU.
